Wellness for your Writer Self
Services
-
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I create content grounded in expertise across a wide range of mental health and wellness topics, tailored to your audience. Alongside B2B and B2C copywriting services, I design and deliver workshops and develop courses that transform complex concepts into accessible, engaging learning experiences.
-
I take a wellness-based approach to editing that considers your manuscript as a whole—its clarity, flow, and emotional impact—while supporting your intent and creative well-being. You’ll receive detailed feedback on both structural and technical elements, with clear, actionable steps for improvement. This holistic process helps you feel confident and creatively at ease as your work is refined, resulting in powerful prose ready for the world.
-
With this service, you’ll receive 3–5 pages of supportive feedback designed to bring fresh clarity to your work—whether you’re drafting early chapters or preparing for submission. Using a wellness-based approach, I highlight what’s working, where readers may stumble, and where your story’s heart shines through. The result is constructive, encouraging guidance that strengthens your manuscript without diminishing your confidence.

Writing a book is as much an inner journey as it is about craft. Sometimes the blocks we face on the page aren’t just about words—they’re about what your story stirs inside you. As a therapist and book coach, I offer a unique approach that integrates brainspotting, a powerful mind-body method, with personalized coaching. By exploring what’s happening on the page and in the writer, this approach helps you find your flow, strengthen your voice, and write with freedom—so you can finish your book.
